Cancellation Policy: We ask for at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
Weather Policy: Tours run rain or shine, except in cases of severe weather such as high winds, heavy rain, or lightning. If we must cancel due to weather, a full refund will be issued.
What to Bring: Weather along the Bay of Fundy can be unpredictable. We recommend:
- Sturdy shoes or hiking boots
- Layers suitable for wind, rain, and changing temperatures
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a sun hat
- A camera or phone for capturing the scenery and fossils
- A water bottle and a snack
- A backpack for your essentials
- Pets are welcome
